Is Frequent Urination A Symptom Of Kidney Infection?

My grandson has what I believe is a kidney infection. He is 3, and in the last 24 hours is going to the bathroom constantly, like every 15 minutes. He is now in pull ups even though he is potty trained. we are at Disney world, in a hotel room, I am very worried about him.
