Is Flying Safe After A Head Injury?

My friend slipped in the rain on Saturday and has a large bump the right side of her head and a beautiful black eye. She went to A&E where they said she may have a fractured skull but didn't xray it or anything. We are due to fly to Italy next Tuesday - will she be ok to fly?

No. it is not safe to fly without knowing what is happening inside the head.
Black eye and large bump on the right side of head are indications for CT head .
She should be investigated and then only she can fly if CT head is normal and she is asymptomatic. Thanks
