Dengue is a viral fever and it's self-limiting. Platelet count initially falls and then will go on increasing.There will be destruction of platelet by the virus it's incubation period is 4-8 days.Only symptomatic treatment can be given. Need to monitor platelet count daily they will increase. You need not worry.
