Is Flight Journey Safe When Diagnosed With A Vertebral Artery Tear?

I had a stroke due to a bilateral vertebral dissection on April 16th and then another 2.5cm tear on my left vertebral artery in august. I have to fly from Denver to north Carolina the 28th of this month...how will the altitude effect me and is it safe to fly
