Is Flakes Of Skin In Urine With Urge For Frequent Urination After TURP Surgery Normal?

I had TURBT surgery. I get flakes of skin in my urine and I get the urge to urinate every 15 minutes. My surgery was 6 weeks ago. I do not have an infection. How long will this last. It is uncomfortable and I have trouble sleeping and working. I had chemo also after the procedure to make sure the cells we dead. Growth was non cancerous.
