Is Fever And Dry Cough Symptom Of Typhoid?

my husband had high fever appx 103-104. he had a blood test and the reports are: Samonella Typhi "O" - 1:80 Samonella Typhi "H" -1:80 Samonella Para Typhi- ":AH" - Negative Samonella Para Typhi "BH" - negative on doctor's advise he taken tab monocef -o 1-0-1 now he does not have fever but little of dry cough. can typhiod may repeat again? And what is best diet can I give him to recover

I would suggest you to take the antibiotics as advised
These days viral infections are on hike. So, it can be that also.
Diet normal can be given.
There is no restrictions.
