Is Fetus Growth Percentile Of 12.6% A Concern At 23 Weeks?

Hi I am 23 weeks pregnant and had recent ultrasound which says the fetus birth percentile as 12.6% I had previous ultrasound in week 20 where fetus growth percentile was 35 %.I am worried that how it is reduced by 20 in just 2 weeks, and is this a matter of concern for my baby.

Yes, definitely this could be poor blood flow to fetal circulation and placental insufficiency and follow up with mother weight gain, vitals and fetal well being should be taken care. Kindly do seek an obstetrician opinion.
