Is Fainting After Short Distance A Cause Of Concern For A Regular Runner?

My daughter felt off when running about 2 miles-she has run longer more recently. Her pulse 30 minutes after walking back from her run was 104 and 106 with blood pressure 94/66 and 98/65 respectively. She is 27 and in not heavy for her height. Is there cause for concern?

HI
Well come to HCM
the condition is called syncope and this need to be investigated for some underlying causes and the option are CT brain and EKG, ECHO these would rule out the possibility of cerebrovascular condition and cardiac disease, hope this information helps,.
