Is External Piles A Serious Problem?

I am suffering with pain in my anus and I am.loosing much blood during motion. This I am facing from past 2 weeks. When I went to a doctor she said I have external piles. she given me smith cream. But still I have pain. Should I go and visit a surgeon. Whether is this a really serious problem?

Hi,

Yes, should visit surgeon and check your hemoglobin, PT, INR tests too if there was too much bleeding, hemorrhoidectomy is done for external piles if it's possible in your case or surgeon finds fit in your case then it will not recurs. Eat healthy food, fresh fruits, juices, steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, basil are good for you.
