hello dr. how r u ??? i have a query regarding body excercise. the question is doing excercise in A/C is good or doing in non-A/C is good ? give me the advantages and disadvantages in both cases ? here excercise refers to building good body i.e. weight gain.

Hello.Fine and thank you.There is no much difference as to how many calories you burn in both the cases.Coming to the advantages of exercising in an air conditioned gym, you don't sweat and you don't get dehydrated.which keeps you going with your workout uninterrupted by the exhaustion.Good luck with your workout and i wish you good health.
