Is Erytop Cream Effective For Pimples & Scars On Face?

Hello Doc,Previously I used to have a lot of white heads on my face. So, i visited a dermatologist & he suggested me MS Deriva Gel. I used it for almost 6months and now it is ok. But, I feel after using that gel my face has become sensitive. And since from last 2 months I am getting pimples on my face & those pimples are swelling up & then reducing slowly and leaving scars on my face. So what should I do ? Is it k if I ll use ERYTOP cream ?

Hi,

You may be having relapsing acne lesions. There may be conglobet and common acne lesions. Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial disease. There may be some cause. Stress,anxiety,oily food,dandruff,sleeplessness, hormonal imbalance,drugs like pills,steroid ..etc may cause or exacerbate the disese. You used derivagel that contains adapalene. You improved ,but the skin became sensitive. I request, to avoid adapalene gel.I usually treat my patient having such problem in following ways..
- I advise to avoid all suspected factors which stimulate or exacerbate the lesions
- tab azithromycine 500 mg thrice a week 24 hourly consecutively
- cap isotretinoin 10 mg daily at night,if not contraindicated..
-clindamycine gel to apply in morning on lesions only
- benzoyl perxide gel 2.5% to apply at night on the lesions
-cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed
You may use erytop cream on the lesions twice a day.

Consult dermatologist and have proper treatment as suggested above under his guidance. Have patience....You may feel better after few week treatment.
