General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be an inflammatory swelling. As a first line, you can start on a short course of antibiotics. If swelling persists then you can consult a general surgeon and do a fine needle biopsy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
