Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Any unprotected intercourse would always carry a risk of pregnancy. However, since you are stating that he removed penis before ejaculation and did not do it inside, the risk seems to be little lower. Pre-ejaculatory fluid also contains sperms capable of fertilization if you had intercourse during your fertile period.
Hence, to be sure of not to get pregnant, it would be advisable to take 'emergency contraceptive pill' like i pill, unwanted 72 and Plan B. It is available in all pharmacy shops over-the-counter.
It needs to be taken within 72 hours after an unprotected intercourse to prevent pregnancy. Earlier it is taken, the protection seems to work better.
It protects from pregnancy by causing withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of intake of pill. In case this doesn't happen, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
