Although I walk, it isn t sprinting..i m sure I should pick up the pace...I did notice that I was a little whoozie upon lifting my head...my heart rate was noted on a fitbit...sitting here typing to you my heart rate is monitoring at 68....thank you!!!! Hi, Thanks for your query. It seems you are controlling diabetes withexercises & diet . It's good.but you must be aware that diabetes can lead to raised blood pressure.. & this can cause raised pulse rate & heart beats too. So though normal resting hearts mostly excludes any heart involvement.. & your resting heart beats are 67...! I would suggest a complete diabetic profile pathological tests & consultation of a diabetes specialist about your diabetes control & need of any medications apart from your lifestyle management. Thanks.
