Is Dolopar Recommended For A Child Suffering From Fever?

hello dr my daughter is 6 months old and weight is 7 kg she is suffering fever for the last 5 hrs.its showing 100.1f in digital thermometer.we gave 5ml dolopar-125 now.is it right or is it over dose.please guide with correct dosage and if 5 ml is over dose at a time what needs to be done.we gave 5ml only one time

Dolopar is totally safe and is to be given 15mg/kg body weight when fever is above 100F.
It can be repeated 6 to 8 houtly depending upon need.
