General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to orthostatic hypotension. I suggest measuring the blood pressure of a patient while sitting, or lying down, and again while standing.

Meanwhile, I suggest using compression stockings and avoid salt in the diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
