Is Dizziness And Being Lightheaded After Inhaling Strong Fumes Of Bleach And Harpic Concerning?

I was cleaning the bathroom toilet today and fixed bleach and harpic together and it made very very strong fume . The fumes went straight up my nose I came straight out of the bathroom but after I feel dizzy . Do you think I will get anymore effects from this? I do still feel light headed it was about 7 hours ago . Many thanks .

Hi,

You should get checked by a physician for further evaluation as the concentration of fume you inhaled was high and dangerous. Your airways must be checked for injury too.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest to drink plenty of water, get your nose washed with thorough water and to get air well-humidified.
