General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The discomfort after 21 days of circumcision is not normal, and if the stitches are causing the issue you can get it removed even though they are absorb-able; as many times depending upon the tissue chemical response it may take several weeks to dissolve them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
