Is Diarrhea And Upper Abdominal Pain Normal Post Treatment For Kidney Infection?

So I was in the hospital 2 day because of kidney infection . When I was at the hospital the doctor ask me if I had diarrhea and I said no and also when I made an appointment for a follow up they had asked me again! Today I woke up with diarrhea and a little bit after 12pm I started again with abdominal pain and upper abdominal region pain. Is this normal

Thanks for asking.
Upper abdominal pain after an antibiotic course indicates possibility of hyper acidityor bkoating of abdomen due to digestion problem.Even diarrhea following antibiotics is due to disturbed normal intestinal flora (normal lactobacilli being destroied by the antibiotic lalong with infecting bacteria).
These symptoms are more evident in few patients &others canstand the antibiotics very well....
To judge your resistance.. such questions were asked toyou ....so that care to avoid these could be started.
