Even though you have not ejaculated insider her, pre-ejaculate fluid contains active sperms, which are capable of fertilization and cause pregnancy. Although the chances are less, there is a possibility too. She might not have got her periods due to anxiety too. Anyway, since her periods are delayed, it would be advisable to take a urine pregnancy test to know about the status. If the delay is for more than 10 days, she needs to get examined by consulting Gynecologist, even though pregnancy test is negative. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
