Is Dark Blood Discharge In Stool A Cause For Concern?

Hi I m a male 41 getting a lot of dark blood when using toilet including on the tissue I haven t had any alcohol since 2009 never smoked at all try to eat healthy fruit veg etc is it something I should be worried about its been happening most days for the past 4 months
