Which is better to help get rid of or decrease migraines & anxiety, Daith piercing or Tragus piercing? Does it work? My migraines are hereditary & I also have cluster headaches. Sometimes they even last 3 weeks. Other things set them off, like chemical smells, weather, stress, primer & paint, bleach etc. Sometimes I get them for no reason at all, sometimes I wake up w/ them. I see spots as a warning sign, I get stabbing pains in my right temple. Sometimes my migraines move all over my head, usually always in the frontal lobe. They affect my memory, especially short term memory, I can watch a whole movie & never remember it. Many members of my family have them. I am under doctor s care for them, they started occasionally as a teenager & gradually progressed. I was officially diagnosed at age 22. I have had tests done & my brain shows nothing wrong. I am now 55 & have 20 to 30 migraines a month. Should I have the piercing done. My sister -in-law said it helped her. I am on medication for prevention, but I have them anyway.
