Is Counseling And Meditation Advisable To Treat Suspicious Behavior In A Person?

Hello Doctor, My wife has been recently advised Sizodon LS as I insisted her to consult psychiatrist. Reason for taking her to psychiatrist was actually she was developing an unnecessary doubt that one of our friend is trying to harm us and she started relating everything to extreme like... he is keeping a watch on us, he is into some illegal business, he has an eye on our wealth (which is very very negligible anyways). All this has started since last two years after he tried to be over friendly over whatsapp and shared some inappropriate jokes etc. I am not sure whether she really needs these kind of drugs for treatment or this can be managed through counselling, meditation & other relaxing techniques. Kindly advise.. Thanks & regards

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I agree with you it is better to have opinion from the psychiatrist some time it may not need any treatment but just counseling would be helpful, till then you have to make her sure that nothing is going to bas happen and stop worrying hope this information helps.
