Is Coughing And Vomiting After Cancer Surgeries Normal?

Hi, my husband had 3 years ago right hemicolectomy because of right colon cancer, and 1 month ago he had right penumectomy because of right lung cancer which came from colon, now after 1 month he has still cough and vomiting, are these symptom normal?

I can understand your concern and I would like to say that the vomiting could be due to the malignancy it self and some medicine ever given to him even the cough may be the symptom of some changes in lung parenchymal cells due to metastasis, hope this information helps.
