General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Duphaston is a synthetic progesterone (female hormone) that may be used to regularize your period. Pregnancy while on Duphaston is less likely as this drug prolongs ovulation or post-ovulatory phase of your cycle. You may only get pregnant after you have stopped using the drug.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
