Hello,

Infertility can happen from different causes and specific examinations need to be done to find which is the cause in your case.
You will need to discuss it with your doctor and he will work in 3 main routes:
- checking that you are ovulating (asking for regularity of the menstrual cycle, LH urine tests, etc)
- spermogramme of your partner/husband to check that he has functional spermatozoids in good number
- hystersalpingogram to check the anatomy of the uterus and the tubes.

After these examinations the doctor will know exactly the cause and the needed treatment. Fibroids and surgeries in the womb might affect the womb anatomy and the histersalpingogram will show it if this is the case.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
