Is Colonoscopy Safe To Do During The BCG Treatment?

My 81 YO father has had 3 courses of BCG treatments but since he started has noticed blood mixed in his stoll. It is not in the stoll but evident after he has done a no 2? He has been asked to go for a Colonoscopy - is it safe for him to have the colonoscopy during the BCG treatment?

Yes, it is safe to have colonoscopy during BCG treatment. it is only a diagnostic procedure. please do not worry.
