Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
The way you describe it might be a flu or a cold.
Your body temperature is very near normal range and isn't considered low because even normal range of body temperature is 98,6 *F it depends upon the place in the body at which the measurement is made, and the time of day and level of activity of the person. In healthy adults, body temperature fluctuates about 0.5 °C (0.9 °F) throughout the day, with lower temperatures in the morning and higher temperatures in the late afternoon and evening.

For now a body temperature of 97.5 isn't concerning.
Probably you are having a flu or cold symptoms.
You don't need to worry, they are self-limiting conditions.
You need rest, avoid cold exposure, eat healthy foods mostly green vegetables and drink plenty fluids. You will feel better day after day.

If your body temperature will continue to decrease you should consult a physician.
If this condition last for two long (2 weeks ) you should consult a physician for further diagnosis and treatment.

Hope my answer has helped.
Wish you quick and complete recovery.
