Is Clear Speech Possible After A Severe Brain Stroke?

Hello doctors, last month my father had a severe brain stroke due to high blood pressure. my father age is 58. now he is alright after the treatment. there is no problem for hand and leg, but speech are lightly struggled. Dr. Told that it is alright after 6 weeks and he get a clear speech and voice and due to blood leaking in the brain. last week we went to checkup & Dr. told that well improvement on his health and now in the brain blood leaking are slowly recovered. it is possible to get a clear speech after 6 weeks?

I read your question and I understand your concern.

Whether your father's speech will return depends on the size and location of his lesion. Generally speaking on whether improvement is possible after 6 weeks, yes, improvement is expected, mostly during the first 6 months so you can keep your hope.
Since you say it's only "lightly struggled" and considering that he is still young with supposedly better compensation abilities from the unaffected parts of his brain, I would say that his chances are good.
