Is Cilacar-T The Appropriate Medicine For Controlling Blood Pressure?

My wife is 64yrs, has HTN for approx 9/10yrs. She has been presribed with Olmezeist 40 initially by her attending physcian who subsequently to Cilacar 10 and currently to Cilacar T. Olmezeist 40 she has been taking for almost first 8 yrs then Cilacar 10 for 6months.Recently she has been prescribed Cilacar T. Her BP is now in the range 135/80 which was earlier a bit higher approx 140/85-90 on an average. Is cilacar T the appropriate medicine? thx Subir Roy
