Is Chronic Sinusitis Causing Pain In My Right Side?

I am a patient of DNS chronic sinusitis for 2 years. It is on the right side nostril. I also feel pain in my right side with
irritating me very frankly 24 hours in a day. I have already used madications of antibiotic as well as of sinusitis and allergic bun in vain. So please give me a better advise...

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having chronic sinusitis and medication not helping you much

Steam inhalation done daily

Whenever cold develop levocetrizine can be taken

If runny nose than at that time oxymetazoline nasal spray useful

But for permanent cure here septoplasty and FESS operation done for DNS and chronic sinusitis respectively

The decision regarding surgery taken after your examination

Consult otorhinolaryngologist with keeping all these in mind for examination
