Is Chronic Pain In Lower Back Due To Strained Muscle?
I have had chronic pain in my right lower back for quite sometime. When the pain would flair up i would get an adjustment at the chiropractor and the problem would go away. Over the last 3 years I started a new business and I sat for long periods of time. The adjustments no longer relieve the pain; the best fix is a long walk (5 miles) of hills in a local park. The pain usually goes away for 6 to 8 hours but generally returns the next morning. Alive and Advil help but don't like to take drugs. Do you think this condition is a strained muscle or would you think arthritis or burrsitus ?
