So here your respiratory examination first done with auscultation for rule out crepitation and rhonchi...If suspected chest x ray done to rule out cosolidation...And if consolidation present it could be pneumonia ... Antibiotic needed for it.. If you are not taking meal properly because of congestive symptoms then hypoglycemia may lead dizziness... Take rest and balanced diet taken.... For relief from congestion take benadryl like antihistaminic drug.. Do you have hypertension?? Cardiac history??? MI history??? As you have dizziness and if above history i asked present ECG or ECHO done to rule out congestive heart failure as it can lead dizziness ...Although dyspnea can also present in it...... Take care....
