Is Candid Cream Or Onabat Cream Recommended For Red Marks On Shoulders?

Hello sir! Some time ago I suffered from infection on my gentiles... Because wearing of wet under garments...after some days I got reddish marks on my shoulder with no pain or itching... Dr suggested me candid cream for one problem and onabat cream + AF400 for other. Now again I have those reddish marks but confused which treatment should I go for as I forgot which one treatment I used fir these marks. Help me plz.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as tinea corporis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply onabet cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
