Is Brown Vaginal Bleeding Normal Post A Switch Of Birth Control Pills?

I am currently on Yasmin birth crontrol. I recently switched to that instead of a Tri-Cylcen. I missed one day of my Yasmin pills and had breakthrough bleeding. I am now on my reminder pills and my period is not coming, however I am experiencing a dark and light brown discharge. Is this just old blood leaving my body? Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be normal one neither this is to be worried but it is likely to happens with hormone medicine taken without any pathological reason stop taking this medicine and wait for some time it will be alright soon although no need to worry about this it is all changes of hormones hope this information helps.
