General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the reasons of bleeding during pregnancy:
1. Implantation bleeding, which occurs about 4 weeks into your pregnancy as the fertilized egg attaches to your uterine wall
2. Hormonal changes, Sexual intercourse, Infections, Internal exam done by your obstetrician or midwife
3. Subchorionic hemorrhage
4. Miscarriage (either threatened or imminent), accompanied by other symptoms, such as cramping or abdominal pain.
5. Ectopic pregnancy
6. Molar pregnancy, characterized by an abnormal growth on the placenta, and, usually, an abnormal fetus.

So I think you should consult the gynecologist and do all hormonal profile, USG to exclude the above causes
Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
