Is Bp 90/40 High In Cancer Survivors?

I am 55 yo, 5 9 , weigh 180 lbs, large bone structure, bp 90/40, pulse 62, have MS, Sjogrens, fibromyalgia, RA, migraines, seizures, etc. I am a cancer survivor, had chemo 2 years ago. I always feel terrible and have no energy. Should I be concerned about my bp?
