Is Blood Pressure Of 180/120 A Cause For Concern?
Good day,, doc yesterday im in the hospital coz my bp is 180/120 then the nurse told me to take catapres after a minutes 140/90 then i ghome but after 5hours i feel the same i take catapres again..a couple of hours it okay but doc 6 in the morning until now i feel much headache blurred vision uneasy..doc please help me im nervous about this..im 40 yrs old female 65kgs..thank you

I recommend go to ER in view of your symptoms as they suggest you may have stroke your bp needs to be brought under control and if this conti5 you need to be started on anti hypertensives. You need to get ab ecg and ct scan of head to be done to be on dafe side. Sometimes kidney problems do cause secondary hypertension if your antihypertensives doesn't work go for kidney function test
