I have high blood pressure 160 over 100 . My doctore has given me 20 gram of Lercanidipine but 10 days later my BP is still the same. I am 60 years old, 1.65 in height, weigh 60 kilos and have an active lifestyle and eat a low fat, no sugar, low salt diet with lots of fruit and veg.
Hello dear I understand your concern 160/100 blood pressure is high and require proper treatment under advise of MD physician. You can ask for increase dose and frequency of lercanidipine.
