Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to your complain your blood pressure is high means more than a normal range.

• Antihypertensive drugs are helpful to control your blood pressure. Consult a physician for it.
• Avoid stress and smoking which may aggravate a condition.
• Take a low salt food.
• Do exercise per day.
• If your BMI is more, then try to reduce your weight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
