Is Blood Pressure Of 138/84 A Cause For Concern?

my husbands bp was 138/84 . He has been running some high BP is somewhat overweight. Years ago he was on lisinopril and bp was under control and has been for years. No signs of heart failure and wondering if coreg is the right drug of choice for him. Not on any other meds thanks
