Is Blood Platelet Count Of 134 A Cause For Concern?

I recently had annual blood tests and my doctor notified me that I have low blood platelet count (134) and wondered if there is anything I can do to improve this, diet, exercise, etc. and is this something to watch or worry about?

Hi, Normal range of platelets is 150-400. But this much of number is also normal. Slight variations may occur and this much of low count is insignificant. It may occur in many physiological conditions. Don't worry.
