Is Blood In Stool Related To Stomach Infection?

my wife have allgergic to some medicine and food , dust.. she had took allargic medicine for few months ago ..when ever she find allargic then take (citrizine and wyzlon). some times she had a problem of two days once going motion. she is animic (HB=8.9) Now problem is some times blood leaking in motion .. is this problem related to allargic in stomatch?.. please clarify..
