Is Bleeding Between Periods A Cause For Concern?

I had my last menstrual cycle from 3/21/15 thru 3/26/15 and it was normal. I m 43 years old. On 4/4/15, I started bleeding again. Every day since is the same flow, very slow, unlike my normal cycles. I m very regular, so this is unusual. Is this the start of menopause, or should I perhaps be more concerned?
