Is Below Results Are Normal In Urine Analysis?

hi doc i have a urine test report pls tell me the test is normal and not the test is
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION- colour - straw,transparency-clear,specific gravity-Q.N.S
CHEMICAL EXAMINATION- Reaction-Acidic,Albumin +,sugar-nil
MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION- epithelial cells-08-10/hpf, pus cells- 01-02/hpf, R.B.C-nill,crystals,casts,bacteria all nil

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by presence of pus cells,epithelial cells ,albumin etc.However other renal causes of proteinuria should be ruled out.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
