Is there any fees charged for this service, as I'm unemployed. If so, please Do Not respond as I cannot pay for it!

I've had 9 bowel movements since 3:30am; it is now 4:45pm and my last one was at 3:30pm. I've taken 2 Imodium since. However, at noonish I was using restroom and felt dizzy while washing my hands. All of a sudden I couldn't see anymore so I grabbed onto sink and tried to reach the ground to take a seat. Apparently that didn't work cause all of a sudden it was over and I was up, but as I glanced at my surroundings, I noticed blood on the outside of the bathtub and my head was hurting. I reached up and touched the back of my head and there was blood. My son took a picture and it appeared to be between 1/2-1 inch. I went to dr at 1pm. It was worse than I thought as it was deeper and she had to sew 2 layers. About 6 stiches on bottom and 4 on top. I did feel lighted headed during part of her sewing me up. My blood pressure was low at that time. I had 3 pieces of chocolate and slowly got better. They checked my blood pressure twice more and I was fine and released to go at 3pm.

Naturally I'm concerned as I hit my head. My dr said I was fine as she had been monitoring me. Is it ok for me to sleep? She told my husband to monitor me for the next 24 hrs and then I should be out of the clear. Is there anything for me to watch out for. My head does hurt around the area that took the hit but I feel that is normal!
