Is Augumentin Recommended For Lung Infection Of A 15 Month Baby?

hi, she has been coughing for more than 3 weeks...as per the x-ray, she was diagnosted that she infection in right lung ...she is 15 months old. the doctor prescribed augmentin twice a day (4ml each)....Is this safe for her ? she is experiencing diaper rash. is this coz of the antibiotics?

Augmentin can be given to your baby with lung infection.
Most of the antibitics have rash as side effect.
Diaper rash is not related to Augmentin.
