Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

Both of them are not same. Atorlip-F contains - Atorvastatin + Fenofibrate , which is used to decrease the LDL cholestrol as well as Triglycerides but plain fenofibrate is used to decrease triglerides only. Hope you got clarified now.

The selection of the drug depends upon your lipid profile status.
