Is Any Treatment Required If There Is Blood After Removing A Thin Item Which I Inserted Into The Penis?

For sexual experiment i inserted a very thin small item into my penis. After removal a drop of blood came out. I presume i have cut my urethra about 10mm into my penis as i feel a cery faint burn there (no pain). My question is by resting will it heal ok on its own?
Thanks

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
You have to go get it examined clinically to rule out the serious trauma, again the chances of infection is also very likely, you might be having some functional condition and that need to be treated, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
