Is Anorexia Related With Stomach Pain, Dizziness & Vomiting?

Yesterday I ate something bad, so all night when I was trying to go to sleep, my stomach wss aching bad. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning to got throw up, after that my legs felt really weak. I cant stand up w/ out getting dizzy, & i dont want to eat. It makes my stomach ache more.. whats wrong w/ me? Do I have anorexia, 13 female.
